A musical landmark Before the building renovation began in 2002, we determined that our existing organ was on its last legs and contracted with local pipe organ builder — H. Ronald Poll & Associates — for a new manual and pedal pipe organ. It was dedicated in April 2004. The new organ has 31 speaking stops, 37 ranks, 2,095 pipes, as well as the tubular chimes reclaimed from our previous organ. This extraordinary instrument enhances the beauty of our 10:30 a.m. worship service.
The choir Under the direction of music director Charles Black, St. Paul's Choir sings during the 10:30 a.m. service (September through May). Choir members are dedicated musicians and have a long tradition of lending their voices to fundraisers, interfaith services and community concerts.
